We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Katie & Love Co. Ltd. to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than katielove.net.
When returning an item please use our Customer Return/Exchange Form (enclosed in your package). Please fill in all information requested on the form. This will help us efficiently process your return.
For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Katie & Love is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than finnandemma.com.
All orders will ship from Shanghai, China. For Free Shipping we use USPS and for all express orders we use UPS. We only offer free shipping within China.

For all our international shipments we use USPS International Priority. Please know that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what is provided in the USPS tracking system. If you have any delivery issues please reach out to your local postal service.
